The engineering department is divided into two (today) Scrum teams, which handle different products. As we are now growing, we need a full time Scrum Master / Agile Coach.
In this role, you will facilitate Scrum and coach Agile and Lean values and principles, focusing on improvements in the areas of delivery and collaboration (both within teams and across teams). You will be working closely with developers in both teams to support them in meeting their long-term objectives.
The person that Axiomatics is looking for has a University degree, preferably in computer science. You also have some years experience working as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach. You are familiar with various types of Agile framework such as Scrum and Kanban and you probably have some kind of certification (but this is not a requirement).

As a person you are a team player and you are willing to learn and share your own knowledge with your team mates. You also have a sense of how to convey your knowledge in a pedagogical way. Above all, you need to be a 'prestige-less' kind of person with a sense of humour who is always willing to lend a hand.
Today we run a good Scrum implementation, but there is plenty of room to coach and improve the setup and teams. In short, there is room for you to do great things.
