hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Hrm Edag Engineering AB i Göteborg Your responsibilitiesAs a Scrum Master in the AD ART your main responsibilities will be to lead the team and assist them to embrace, adopt and apply agile principles and practices.You will facilitate the team's progress toward team goals by focusing on improving performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow and velocity.You stay focused on the team's iteration goals and will be responsible for preparation and readiness for Agile release train ceremonies like PI Planning, System Demos and the "Inspect and Adapt".You will also plan all team meetings such as the daily stand-up, iteration planning, demo and retrospective.In this role you will work closely with the Product Owner and support them in their efforts to manage the backlog with respect to priorities and scope. You will also work closely with management and outside stakeholders, collaborate with other Scrum Masters to learn and improve own profession. Our requirementsUniversity degree in Engineering, preferably Master of Science within electrical engineering and/or industrial engineering, automation or similarStrong cognitive and analytical skillsAble to work with complex tasks on an abstract levelWell experience to adopt long-term perspective and combine it with insightful actionExcellent communication, able to both facilitate dialogue and drive decisionsProfessional skills in written and spoken English SAFe knowledgeWe offerAn opportunity to learn and grow with the team, and the companyFancy other countries and cultures?
