About the job You will be a part of a cross functional team focused on Steering within BIO Group Function. Group Financial Steering work with ensuring that cost, income and capital is correctly allocated to customers and transactions and that we have relevant pricing support engines and profitability reports in place. Our platforms and tools are in Teradata, SAS, Pega, Microstrategy and Excel. SQL is commonly used. We seek you who are dedicated to and experienced in the agile way of working.
In the Scrum Master role you will be responsible for:
Fully introducing the SWAP (Swedbank Agile Process)
Coaching the Scrum team to deliver with sustainability and quality
Continuously improving the way the team works both internally and externally
Managing, leading and following up on opportunities and initiatives within the team
Communicating with stakeholders about ongoing and planned opportunities
Dealing with ad hoc issues and questions
Work together with the team manager in our strive to have a team that continuously develop, improve and have fun along the way
What you need to succeed We believe you have a genuine interest in Agile way of working and like to coach and support teams working with development and maintenance. You need to be a strong team player and like to solve problems together with your colleagues. On the same note, we believe you have good communication skills and enjoy discussing solutions with stakeholders.
The role also requires;
Relevant University degree or proven work experience
You are analytical and have good problem solving skills
Experience of working agile and different agile methodologies
Good understanding of Swedish and English language, spoken and written
Good communication and cooperation skills
You are a great team player and you have a structured way of working
