About the job You will together with the Agile Product Owner lead and coach the daily work for our agile cross functional teams. Your main role will be to help and support the team members in the daily work, solving problems and achieve continuous improvement, learning and adapting from the experience gained during the whole agile process.
The teams work in close cooperation with our business partners to add value to the Pension and Insurance business.
The role includes:
Coaching the team to deliver value
Managing, leading and following up on activities
Arranging and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives; participating in Scrum of Scrum meetings and other cross team planning activities
Coordinating with other teams and Scrum Masters
Continuously improve our way of working in the full Value Stream as well as together with our Business partners
Ensuring adherence to our agile methodology SWAP
Actively cooperate and interact with team managers, APO's and other stakeholders
What you need to succeed You have a genuine interest in people and team building. You are a team player with a flexible mindset, enabling you to cooperate and coordinate effectively with other parts within Swedbank Insurance and Swedbank.
You have an "Everything is possible" attitude; are able to think outside the box; have a willingness to share your knowledge and learning from your colleagues
You are open and adaptive to change
You are a committed to realizing business value with high quality
You have proficient language skills in Swedish and English
You preferably have an academic degree in an engineering discipline and proven work experience on the Agile field
