Our new journey began with the roll-out the new CRM tool to all branches and Savings Banks in Sweden. In parallel, we will start building up the new Employee Tools teams focused on managing and improving the portfolio of applications we provide to branches and contact centers.
About the job We always strive to create the best user experience for our customers, whether it is developing digital services to increase sales, adjusting to new regulations or developing tools for our customer facing personnel. We offer you to become the Scrum Master for our two teams in Employee Tools.
In the Scrum Master role you will be responsible for:
Fully introducing the SWAP (Swedbank Agile Process)
Coaching the Scrum team to deliver with sustainability and quality
Continuously improving the way we work together with the team and the other Scrum masters
Managing, leading and following up on activities and initiatives within the team
Communicating with stakeholders about ongoing and planned activities
Dealing with ad hoc issues and questions
What you need to succeed We believe you have a genuine interest in Agile way of working and like to coach and support the teams working with development and maintenance of the securities market and transaction technology. You need to be a strong team player and like to solve problems together with your colleagues. On the same note, we believe you have good communication skills and enjoy discussing solutions and market trends with business representatives in and outside the bank. If you like tight deadlines and multiple simultaneously ongoing initiatives- in this position you will feel like home.
The role also requires:
Being able to communicate effortlessly in Swedish and English, both in writing and in speech, and a relevant education.
Experience with tight deadlines and multiple simultaneously ongoing initiatives
Good business and strong technical understanding
Knowledge in SWAP and Agile methodologies
