On behalf of our client we are looking for a Scrum Master! On this assignment you will join FMAT2 and SIT teams as scrum master with the mission to help them, and the VCT mature and become more efficient. The team is responsible for the heart of our customer digital services and has many dependencies which are tough to handle. Together, we will build a stable system that can manage heavy loads while being dynamic enough to fulfil many purposes.
We build our solution in the cloud (AWS) and are currently working in Scrum within a SAFe-like environment. We need support in doing the transformation journey into scaled agile framework. This entails coaching us in finding our roles, supporting with structure and coaching, finding ways to minimise dependencies and streamline communication with those we have, supporting the VCT Lead with PI Planning and facilitating different workshops with the VCT, among other tasks with the goal of building high performing teams and continuously improving our flow.

Qualifications
• You have a professional Scrum Master certification.
• You have 3-5 years experience as Scrum Master in SAFe organisations.
• You have worked with Mob programming, testing, and development teams.
• You have extensive knowledge of Jira.
• Ideally you have worked as Agile Coach before.
• You communicate fluently in English, written and spoken.
• Swedish is an advantage.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start 2023-10-02 and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-12-31 with possibility of extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our client in Södertälje. Our clients' remote policy is 2 days at the office per week, and currently the team is on site tuesdays and thursdays. Submit your application in English today, as interviews are ongoing.
