Do you want to coach, support and work with continuous improvements in an environment that is well on its way on the Agile journey?
The organisation DSO Carton Bottle, Gable Top and Tetra Recart leads the development of the Tetra Evero Aseptic, Tetra Top, Tetra Rex and Tetra Recart Systems for filling machines and packages.
As of 2016 we have implemented Scrum methodology and the corresponding way of working in all of our development and product life cycle projects. In total, we have 13 Scrum teams up and running and more to come. Now we are looking for a Scrum Master to support at least two development team. You will be working closely with the line managers forming how people development shall evolve in our Scrum set up.
If you have a keen interest in people, leadership and coaching that you want to put in a product development perspective, this is the challenge for you.
Main responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies; Sprint planning, Daily scrum, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective.
• Facilitate Agile values; Focus, Openness, Respect, Courage, Commitment.
• Coach the Scrum Team in self-organisation, cross-functionality and a quality mind-set.
• Be a change agent and work with continuous improvements that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.
• Actively participate in Scrum Master Network to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organisation.
• Drive competence development, resource management and team composition in dialogue with Line managers.
Qualifications
As a person, you are a leader that has a strong personal drive and commitment to meet complex challenges. You are a "people person" with excellent communication skills that help you create passion and engagement. You like to coach and facilitate teams to achieve goals. Building networks to understand and solve obstacles comes natural to you. Since you will be acting in a context with many different perspectives you are good at handling changes and stakeholders.
You have a technical education, preferable from University. You have a minimum of three years extensive experience from product development or similar. Special attention will be paid to candidates with Scrum master or agile coaching experience, line management or other leadership roles driving change activities. Six Sigma certification will be considered a plus.
You have excellent command of both written and verbal English and Swedish is a must.
