As a Scrum Master, you will support the team in delivering value to the customer. You will coach your team in all aspects of the agile ways of working and mind-sets and work to optimize deliveries through the flow of value. Furthermore, you will organize and facilitate the team ceremonies like iteration planning, demos and retrospective.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• Experience as a Scrum Master in a digital environment

Your role at Aurobay
As a Scrum Master you will:
• Support the team to remove impediments.
• Work with the team to improve quality and speed.
• Encourage collaboration with other teams and streams.
• Implement and improve automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
