Assignment Description:
Our team is looking for a Scrum Master who facilitates continuous improvement of team capacity and productivity. Along with that, helping the team to adhere to given processes and to, within given frames, encourage the team to try new ways of working and ensures that the team visualize status for activities.
What you'll do:
Support the team in following their agile process and to help make those processes better over time.
Responsible for continuous flow optimization for the team without sub optimizing for the organization.
Improve the team's self-organisation and collaboration through coaching and help to create a cohesive and healthy culture focused on our goals.
Implementing and maintaining an efficient information structure for the team for securing collaboration and cooperation within the team and with stakeholders.
Clarifying dependencies for the team while ensuring continuous inspect and adapt way of working e.g. retrospective.
Facilitate work with planning and tracking tools to ensure a continuous known status for the team while ensuring team has collaboration sites.
Ensuring team understands the risks and how to mitigate them to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the team to create and maintain a stakeholder map and connect people when there is a need.
Participate in joint planning with other teams and product management while facilitating Agile events like the daily scrum and retrospectives.
Who you are:
Bachelor's Degree in business management, computer science, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
Passionate in developing teams and experienced in coaching skills and facilitating skills.
Possess knowledge of Agile, Lean and DevOps approaches and the ability to leverage other techniques to provide value to a team.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills and can write and speak in both English and Swedish.
Profound knowledge of the organization and the PDU PC operational model.
Adequate knowledge of project management to support teams in planning, tracking and risk management.
Technical competence to build technical insight to support teams.
