For our customers we are looking for Scrum Masters.
To be successful in this role you have previous experience of understanding the techniques and methods of today 's product delivery. You have broad experience from leading in an agile and complex environment with many stakeholders and you can coach the team actively and arrange teambuilding activities. You have proven ability to manage people and cross functional teams in a constructive and collaborative way following the agile principles. Leadership, collaboration and networking comes natural to you
You will be working together with Product Owners, Team Managers, Stakeholders, Software Developers and/or Designers.
You will support and coach the team and you will find good ways of working to achieve the team 's goals.

Competence/skills
You have a B.Sc. degree or similar.
Experience from Electrical and/or Software Engineering.
Software tools as: Jira.
Collaboration portals as: Confluence.
SAFe / Scrum.
Experience from Automotive and/or Telecom industry is meritorious.

Team player.
Self-going and proactive mindset.
Social skills.
Organized and structured
Good english communication skills both verbal and written.
Swedish as a plus.
