hela Sverige As a Scrum Master at King, your mission is to help enable us to become the leading star of agile game development. We work in small, autonomous teams to create and improve on social casual games that entertain millions of players. You will join our "Fiction Factory" game engine team, used in games reaching hundreds of millions of users.
Your role is to help us develop the way of working within Fiction Factory, work close with the head of Fiction Factory and the Product owner, drive continuous improvements and team dynamics, ensuring the team run efficiently and at a sustainable pace. You really care about people, know how to motivate them, and have the ability to empower them to deliver in our high performing environment.
Main responsibilities
Servant leader of the team - help them to create the game engine which will give the game studios great ability to create the most exciting, fun and profitable games
Leading continuous improvement in your own team and within Fiction Factory organization located in Stockholm, Barcelona and Seattle
Facilitate learning through workshops, meetings, and team offsites
Learning and sharing Agile practices, and helping maintain the Agile culture
Collaborate with the Agile community across entire King to share ideas and best practice
