ePassi is a multi-wallet mobile payment solution that consists of several employee benefits and payment streams. In addition to our own wallets, we also support and enable other highly influential payment methods, with our strategic cooperation with partners such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, Vipps, Siirto, and many more.
Today, ePassi is serving over 1 million wallet users in Finland and Sweden, and our mobile payment solution is accepted by tens of thousands of merchants, from Finnair aircrafts flying in the sky, to Tallink Silja cruises in the sea, and a lot of shops, restaurants and service providers in between. Our product is serving a significant portion of employers including both public and private sectors including the biggest employers in our markets.
We are looking for:
SCRUM MASTER
The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. The formal employment is in the ePassi entity ePassi Benefits & Rewards Sweden AB.

You will be a part of a Scrum Master's team working with organization in the following areas:
Leadership and systems understanding: Agile environment requires agile leadership, management and new ways of thinking. That is why we value the ability to coach management teams into modern management practices.
Product: We want to support the Product Team in unveiling the product that would bring value to customers and the company. We do it by inspecting the existing techniques and by exploring new concepts of Product Management.
People: There is always a lot of emotion involved in change. That is why we expect our Scrum Masters to have people-oriented coaching skills, such as active listening, acceptance of emotions, consideration of needs, and literacy in social situations to support people in our organization in managing conflicts and creating a healthy culture.
Growth & Change: The change in large organizations emphasizes structural change. We value the ability to analyze and develop a vision of long-term organizational structure change to be more agile.
Processes: We want to understand agile models and frameworks and the interactions between their components to challenge status-quo, improve and scale up.
Teamwork: Software development requires collaboration, so getting teams up, running and grow is one of our key skills. As Scrum Masters, we know how to help start a team and develop team operations.
Technical practices: The ability to make agile changes requires modern practices from the team and architecture. We understand the importance of these, and we want to be able to help the team review their own practices and, at best, also develop them.
Must haves:
University degree in computer science
At least 4 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role
Experience and strong knowledge in at least three of the above areas
Experience in leading and working with distributed teams
Excellent English oral and writing skills
Open to feedback and focused on continuous improvement.
Nice to have:
Knowledge and experience with various scaled agile frameworks
