Our client, a leading Nordic bank is now looking for a Scrum Master.
This is a consulting position at Valana until the end of the year which may be extended thereafter.
The banking sector is undergoing fundamental change with digitalization, new technology and regulatory framework that is continuously transforming our client's business. The IT-development is run in shorter sprints using agile ways of working, ensuring fast delivery and value in line with customer and business needs. Project Description and Work Tasks
• Supporting 1 larger agile cross functional team as a scrum master
• Facilitating sprint meetings
• Help team members remove blockers in daily work
• Ensure the backlog is up to date
• Itterate and improve the sprint process
• Support the Product Owner with various tasks connected to the planning - both on sprint and quarterly level
• Support and share knowledge to other agile teams in the organisation
• Project managing smaller project connected to the agile team
• Support management team and planning forum in team collaboration and input for planning
Technical Competences
• Experience in Jira
• Experience of leading and supporting agile cross functional teams
• Experience of working in a start up / organisation where things evolve rapidly
• Strong communication and people skills
• Experience in coaching
Personal Competences
We are looking for a consultant who has experience from fintech start-ups or similar, a driven person that wants to work in a fast pace environment. You have a solutions-oriented attitude, strong problem-solving skills.
Language skills
Fluent in Swedish and good English skills
Start date: ASAP
End date: 2021-12-31 (with the possibility of extension)
