In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Be a servant leader for a cross functional team in the Group Payment Infrastructure Agile Release Train with a mission to ensure that Swedbank's payment products are market leading and meets the customer's needs
Inspire and coach your team to self-organization, developed working methods and processes
Find techniques, coach and collaborate with the Product Owner and the team for effective product backlog management and product planning to maximize value
Facilitate agile events and communicate & collaborate with many different teams and stakeholders
Draw on your background and interest in technology & business processes to help the team to create high value products
What is needed in this role:
Very good understanding of agile methodology & software development / maintenance and several years' experience from working as a Scrum Master, preferably in a large and transaction intense organization and in a SAFe environment
An interest in the payments area and the ability to understand business stakeholders & users
Strong coaching and supporting mindset with very good collaboration and communication skills - listen, ask questions, build trust
As a person you are solution-oriented with a customer-centric mindset and a strong team player. Yet you are self-organized with internal drive and a desire to improve continuously
Structured and systematic with an interest in details without missing out on the big picture
Proficient English, spoken & written, in addition, Swedish is a merit
