We are now looking for a Scrum Master to join one of our software development teams.
You will spend your days:
Supporting the team members to implement agile best practices
Facilitating sprint and release planning as well as daily stand-ups, product demos and sprint retrospectives
Capturing requirements and recording them using appropriate agile methodology
Gaining product knowledge and supporting the team to prioritize the product backlog as well as manage the planning and execution
Removing blockers for the team and managing dependencies with internal- and external teams
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least two years of experience as a scrum master using agile methodologies in software development teams
Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience working in tech
Experience from working with tools such as Confluence, Jira, GitHub and AWS.
