What you will do
As our new scrum master, you will be accountable of backlog and sprint goals execution, teach and coach the Project Owner and Development team on the Agile values and Scrum Framework. You will also help the team to collaborate and perform at its best, by facilitating an open communication during Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum and Sprint Retrospective, as well as Agile Programme events. You will work in close collaboration to other Scrum Master and Programme Managers from both Lund and Modena, Italy, this means that you will have to travel to Modena from time to time. This position will be located in Lund.
You will also:
• Facilitate the use of relevant tools and metrics like Planning Poker and Burndown chart as a way to improve the delivery performance.
• Be a servant leader, who protects the team from interference and helps to remove impediments both on team and Programme level that could prevent the team from reaching the Sprint Goals.
• Be the bridge between the scrum team and Line manager to enable competence development, team stability and recruitment as well as the well-being and motivation of the respective team members.
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with lot of energy, autonomy, strong drive for results and ability to deliver on time and under pressure. To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you and you are a natural leader. To be successful in this position you have solid experience from either software development or from a role where you have managed people in a digital context such as agile coaching, facilitation skills, team building, line management or other leadership roles driving change activities. You also have a minimum of three years extensive experience from business transformation, product development or similar. You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent. A very good command of English is required.
