hela Sverige We are looking for an awesome Scrum Master to join our small crew, who shares our passion for creating high quality games with style.As a Scrum Master at JFTW you will be engaged in our game development from design stage up until final release and maintenance. Your role is to drive continuous improvement for the scrum processes and team dynamics, ensuring our teams run efficiently and at a sustainable pace. You will help to identify bottlenecks and support our teams to deliver within deadlines with good quality and engagement.All Applicants must be eligible to work in Sweden. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.Main ResponsibilitiesLearning and sharing about Agile techniquesHelp the teams define, understand, take ownership of, and improve the productsFacilitating scrum ceremonies and demosConstantly improve the dialogue between the different team membersEnsure that the teams keep their deadlines and deliverablesSkills and QualificationsPractical and theoretical experience in Agile principlesGreat communication and coaching skillsPassion for agile ways of workingPassionate about creating a great place to workFluent EnglishBeneficialExperience as Scrum masterExperience making games
