hela Sverige The expansion of our R&D Team is continuing and we're on the lookout for skilled problem solvers that disentangles difficult task with great satisfaction. To us experience and an interest of agile software development with product development focus is key. Whatever language or technique you use to reach the goal is considered secondary. You will join a team where we develop and share knowledge within assignments that presents you with the cutting-edge technology. We are looking for someone who are interested in working as a Scrum Master and who thrive in a technology-close environment. You should have worked a couple of years as a Scrum Master prior to this. The role is split between software development and Scrum Master. A great opportunity to combine your love for the technical aswell as getting the chance to build and coach your own team and develop work methodologies and processes.

You can both chose to work in a Nexer-team in-house or carry out your assignment at the customers office. Your background
You have a background in systems development and have a great interest in agile methods. You have a solid technical interest and can combine your role as a Scrum Master with the role of a developer or tester.
• You are driven by getting a group to work, deliver and develop
• You are humble before your own skills and care about your colleagues, while you are responsible and take care of your coworkers
• Great interest to develop and lead people as well as team development
• Experience in agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
• Programming skills in eg C / C ++ or Java
• Preferably holding a Scrum Master certificate
