At Volvo Cars we are on the most exciting agile transformation journey into a SAFe inspired setup. In this journey you as Scrum Master will play a crucial role in coaching teams in agile practices and lead the agile mindset transformation while building the new team oriented culture.
What we do
We are responsible for the center stack and head-up display. We will be introducing and working with new technologies, new functionalities as well as challenging technical concepts that will inspire all of us! As Scrum Master in Display Systems Teams you will coach 2 teams developing the next generation displays for all Volvo cars. Development is done in close collaboration with our suppliers and you will work closely with Volvo Cars' Product Owner, Team Manager and Scrum Master within the Display Systems organization. There will also be opportunity to contribute to the agile practice in the large scale collaboration cross ART:s and product streams.
Display System Teams are looking for a Scrum Master to guide us in enhancing our agile practices through coaching and challenging our ways of working.

As a person, you are curious by nature and finding the best working practices is core in everything you do. You constantly strive to improve what you do as well as challenging your team to continuously improve. You are happy to share your best practices and equally happy to learn from others. We assume you have an interest in cars and with driver experience in particular.
We need you to have a proven track record of being Scrum Master as well as having experience from software and/or hardware development. Experience from scaled agile like SAFe in a large organization is considered a merit and experience of automotive industry is considered a bonus. Most importantly you have a strong passion for agile practices and you have the ability to inspire others to share the agile mindset. If you can relate to this, then you may be the Scrum Master we are looking for!
