What's in it for you?
In the Digital team, we work in customer-centric product teams. The Scrum Master is a servant leader and this role coaches two product teams.
One team supports the product that focus on providing car "ownership" in a hassle-free way. The other team enables implementation of call-center solutions and remote access software. As a Scrum Master you are on top of the product deliveries, driving and organizing events and supporting teams in delivering value to customers. The teams are in Gothenburg, Sweden.
What you'll do
In the role as Scrum Master you coach your teams in all aspects of the agile ways of working and mind-sets and work to optimize deliveries through the flow of value. Furthermore, you will organize and facilitate the team ceremonies like iteration planning, demos and retrospective. Encourage Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps to improve quality and speed of delivery. Establish and improve planning and delivery iterations.
You will also enable clarity in prioritization and ensure transparency of team progress, releases and achievements across the organization as well as facilitating measurement of results. Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Help to manage and reduce risks and dependencies as well as removing, escalating and tracking impediments. You will work with product management, engineering and other stakeholders.
You and your skills
We are looking for a person with servant leadership and product development experience. We believe you can create a learning environment that foster high performing teams and an innovative climate.
As a person you have a team before med mind-set and are delivery oriented with a strong drive and problem-solving approach. Manages conflicts, drives engagement, and optimizes ways of working.
You are used to work with stakeholders and have the capability to facilitate workshops. You are a true collaborator who communicates efficiently on all levels, engaged and curious.
Fluency in English is a must.
Your experience
Certification and several years of experience as Scrum Master, preferably from several organizations.
Software understanding * Leadership experiences (e.g. Scrum Master, Line manager, Project Manager)
Experience in AzureDevOps, Jira or equivalent
Experience from working with teaching, coaching and facilitation. * Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum and DevOps familiarity and experience in Lean Agile methods
* Previous experience from support organizations is a merit
