hela Sverige To support Acumant growth across the globe we are looking to onboard Scrum Masters to our exciting and enterprising integration competency. This position requires you to have passion for integration and competence to break down complex integration challenges into simple design and solutions for our global customers.
Minimum experience needed - 12 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Be an effective leader and coach the Team in implementing and supporting agile principles and values to achieve Sprint goals.
• Help team to remove roadblocks and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics with continuous improvement.
• Able to understand the bigger picture of the program and map key stakeholders within IT and Business team
• Able to work efficiently with the Product owner, Scrum Master community and represent the team in the Scrum of Scrums.
General Skills:
• Good knowledge of Devops, Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics stack is essential
• Jira and Azure Board
• Communication, Problem-solving, Time Management, Team Building
