Are you someone who is interested in coaching and supporting tech savvy development teams, enabling them to continuously deliver value to business stakeholders?
We are now looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Scrum Master who will play a vital part in the agile and Scrum journey that we have embarked on. We are continuously taking steps in the development of our ways of working, and here we need someone to support us with that.

Dedicated Network is part of Business Area Technologies and New Businesses which ventures well beyond the traditional boundaries of Ericsson's core business. Demonstrating growth within global connectivity management, connected vehicles, industrial site connectivity, data, and network insights and security automation, we build customer and enterprise value. Our team has a key role in putting connectivity in a box, creating dedicated networks for our customers, enabling connectivity in mines, airports, ports and more. We have a huge focus on UX, putting that on the fore front of everything that we do.
What you will do
Facilitate Scrum team events (Planning, Daily standups, Demos, Retrospectives)
Mentor and coach the Scrum team to continuously improve
Keep track of team capacity and velocity and use that to support the team to make accurate scope commitments
Follow up on team progress toward sprint goals
Bring up concerns to stakeholders in case of risk of delays
Remove internal and external impediments that slow down the work for the team
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning inside the team, and also around the team

You will bring
A drive to really make a difference around you
Several years of experience in Agile and Scrum development practices
A great track-record of working as a Scrum Master in a Software development context
A background from hands-on software development, which will enable you to understand the developers' daily work easier
A positive and collaborative approach to solving problems
Experience in stakeholder management
