As a Scrum Master (SM) within Data & Analytics at Ikano Bank you will be primarily responsible for fostering a high-performing DevOps team working with data deliveries through agile practices. You work as a catalyst to help remove obstacles to ensure a continuous flow and relentless improvements as well as working with the extended SAFe community to provide excellent data and reporting capabilities to Ikano Bank internally as well as to partners and authorities.

Help us provide trusted finance solutions for the many people
You will be part of Ikano Banks Data & Analytics department with co-workers in Malmö, Sweden and Nottingham UK. Ikano Bank has chosen SAFe to effectively deliver high quality solutions where you as Scrum Master interacts closely with for example Release Train Engineer, Product Manager and Product Owner within as well as across teams.

• Are you passionate about developing high performing teams?
• Do you enjoy working with planning, follow-up and continuous improvement of your team deliveries with a can-do attitude/approach?
• Do you have a Scrum Master background and loves sharing knowledge and experience of scrum practices and principles?
• Are you excellent at communicating with stakeholder on different levels in the organization?
• Do you have experience working with data deliveries as enterprise data warehouse or data lake solutions?
• Do you have a background of experience in the banking sector and/or regulatory reporting?
To be successful in this role we think that you are motivated and structured, value teamwork and hold excellent communication and relationship building skills. You enjoy working closely with and between teams to facilitate Scrum and SAFe events and ceremonies, but you equally enjoy dwelling in into details and facilitate the breakdown of stories and estimations of you teams backlog as well as adopting the most effective and appropriate techniques for refinement of your teams performance, velocity and flow.
We are looking for someone with a Scrum Master background within the financial service/retail banking sector. Some prior knowledge of the data delivery discipline will make a real difference as we are looking for a committed addition to the team who will support the growth and scope of data deliveries.
