What we do
Volvo ID is a crucial enabler for direct relationships, it simplifies life and enhances the whole user experience for our consumers. It is a digital key for accessing products and services, including the Volvo Cars app.
One of our team is developing and managing this solution and making sure to make the Volvo ID a truly delightful experience.

What you will do
In our cluster there are two software teams becoming one and we need a full-time scrum master to complete the team. Your responsibility will be to support and secure the value flow of this new team and optimize their output efficiency. In this agile role, you will facilitate Scrum events, such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint demos, sprint planning's, reviews, and retrospectives. Support with managing the backlog Program Increment events, team workshops and other necessary gatherings.

You will work closely with the team and product owner, but also collaborate with other key roles.
As a vital leader you will coach the team on agile practices and tools, enhance collaboration, and help the teams' open mind blossom. You will assess the maturity of the teams and actively participate in standard events within the cluster and community practice for the role. As Scrum Master, you help to mitigate risks as well as removing, escalating, and tracking impediments while you keep an eye on process definition and documentation. As part of the team, you will be one of the central contacts of the high integrity area to ensure a world-leading, safe, and sustainable software platform.

We are looking for
We want to work with you who has a keen interest in environments for modern software development and want to work in a fast-evolving industry. You have experience from a few assignments working as a scrum master. You have an interest in working with people and solving problems together with others.
You are a customer-oriented person who enjoys being part of a team where you take initiative and take pride in your own and the team's deliveries. You are used to work in environments which is continuously improved.

You and your skills:
Mandatory requirements
You have worked as a Scrum Master.
You have knowledge in Scrum framework
You act as a servant leader.
You coach, collaborate, support, escalate, and facilitate in an agile manner.
You are an excellent networker and surely cross-functional with great communication skills.
You are result-oriented with a "think-outside-of-the-box-attitude" and a good portion of quality understanding.
You are self-driven; you think in solutions and have the energy to make things happen.
You are a structured person and open to innovative ideas.
You are a holder of a university degree within Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.
You are fluent in spoken and written English.

Meritorious
You have experience from working in a software development team.
You have worked in teams practicing DevOps.
You have worked in large enterprise IT environments.
You have automotive industry experience in embedded software development and process definition.
