hela Sverige For current and upcoming needs, we are looking for Scrum Masters with experience from Hardware Projects & Components in Automotive industry. We are in search of technical rooted person combined with a holistic view and strong personal drive.
It is important that you understand Engineering, projects and the challenges we face when developing products. As a person we take for granted that you are professional, ambitious and have a strong drive to develop yourself, project team members and the ALTEN brand.

You have:
• Experience as technical project manager, engineer or similar within Automotive in with hardware components/projects.
• Familiar with Automotive development processes (VPDS, GPDS GDP or similar).
• Familiar with Agile ways of work & terminology (Scrum, increments, PI-Plannings).
• Experience from Product Development (Plastics, Sheet Metal, Supplier components)
• Meritious is if you have knowledge in SW related to Engineering (Catia, Creo, KDP/KOLA, Teamcenter, PDMLink).
