Job Description
We are now looking for a SCM Business Partner to our client in Ludvika!
Description:
Support in development and ensures communication/implementation of global and regional SCM strategies to maximize SCM efficiency. Lead internal stakeholder management in the (oversight) country, across division, business units and other functions. Ensure compliance and implementation of supply chain management (SCM) activities, procedures and initiatives in the (oversight) country. Supports development and communication/implementation of global and regional SCM strategies for areas such as indirect materials & services (IM&S), transportation, trade & Logistics (TT&L), strategic sourcing, process & excellence, finance, risk management, supply base management, quality, sustainability, and SCM systems. Drives compliance to global and regional sourcing strategies in the areas of IM&S and TT&L to maximize savings.
Main responsibilities:
• Provide operational support to supply chain, being focal point for the end users for questions regarding REIWA / ERP problems.
• Be the focal point in terms of knowledge dissemination about the tools and rules of the SCM process.
• Maintain a close cooperation with the IT team.
• Lead for all ERP / REIWA enhancements and adjustments to SCM process.
• Collaborate in analysis and proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes.
• Support the functional team with issues and provide a solutions-based approach.
• Participate in REIWA implementation project, representing SCM teams.
• Unit tests, integration and security tests, system integration and user acceptance tests.
• Documentation to SCM / creation of manuals.
• Trainings of supply chain teams.
• Analyze and scope - end user authorization roles.
• Create incidents.
• Create feature requests.
• Conduct process configuration.
• Coordinate and register resolution with all involved parts.

Salary
By agreement.
Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position is expected to start 2023-06-12 and is expected to until 2024-06-10 with a chance for extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work with our client in Ludvika.
