hela Sverige We are looking for a Scientific Information Coordinator to be a part Thermo Fisher Scientific's ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD), which develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. With 1,600 employees worldwide, IDD is the global leader in in-vitro allergy testing and also the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics.
As Scientific Information Coordinator you will be a part of the Product Innovation team. The team is accountable for providing evidence based new product suggestions, algorithms or new applications to already existing products. The starting point for every activity within the team is an unmet clinical need with aim of finding tools to improve diagnosis, prognosis and therapy monitoring aligned with IDD's business priorities. The department is also responsible to identify future trends shaping the field of our business. Collaboration with KOLs in the field with the aim of joint clinical research activities and communication of scientific evidence in the area of inflammation, including but not limited to Asthma and Autoimmune diseases is also a focus area of our work.

Your main working tasks will be:
• Administrative support to Product Innovation activities
• Administrative management for Scientific Advisory Boards, workshops and internal/external meetings
• Acting as Innovation Gate (IG) Manager, organize follow up meetings for idea evaluations and create report outs frequently
• Editor of the Product Innovation's website on intranet
• Management of Product Innovation's publication list and Congress attendance
We are looking for a person who has:
• Administrative Business Education
• Preferably experience working in the pharmaceutical, medical device or diagnostics industry
• Past experience in collaborating with Research, clinical and commercial stakeholders in a matrix organization is preferable
• Ability to operate independently, to take initiative, be resourceful and exercise astute business judgment to drive performance
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, other languages (preferably German) are an advantage
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written presentation skills
