We are looking for you, with experience from clinical trials, to take on the role of Science Manager in our Clinical Research team in Sweden, Lund. The plan is for this role to be based in Singapore after two years in Sweden. The role is leading one or more research and clinical projects and acts as a clinical study manager.
Responsibilities
• Acts as clinical study manager
• Leads and manages research projects
• Identifies and initiates new collaborations/partnerships/business opportunities to identify new leads
• Acts as scientific expert within at least one relevant health area
• Supports our Sales & Marketing colleagues in joint ideation sessions with partners and customers
• Evaluates results from clinical trials including statistical analysis
• Writes scientific manuscripts and clinical documents
• Participates and presents data at international scientific conferences
Your profile
The role requires expertise in all aspects of clinical trials as well as scientific expertise in one or more health areas of relevance to Probi. We believe you to have a MSc degree and a PhD in nutrition, microbiology, or relevant health indication area, and you preferably have post-doc experience. You have approximately 3 years' experience from academia and industrial research in an international setting, and experience from working with probiotics.
We believe you are a creative team player with a great attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, we value your innovative and problem-solving mindset as well as your ability to act flexible to meet various demands and priorities. Moreover, you have excellent communication skills in Mandarin and in English.
