Our office in central Stockholm is looking for a new colleague that will be an important function for the local business.
The Client Executive will be part of the sales team, providing support to the Institutional and Intermediary client base. You will partner with the sales team and assist with new and existing relationships with clients and you will be the point person for the Swedish/Nordic team in respect of co-ordinating activities with the wider Schroders group, and ensuring the delivery of first class client service to clients. As Client Executive you are involved in marketing related activities, such as organising seminars and events, creating campaigns as well as being a key contact person with Schroders PR-agency in Stockholm.
Other typical tasks will be to control Client Database/and keep CRM system updated, prepare presentation material ahead of client meeting and you will play a proactive role in the development of customised material for new business pitches.
The profile we are looking for:
Someone with an academic degree in finance or equivalent.
2-3 years of working experience in the Financial Services Operations field.
You need to be fluent in Swedish and English and able to travel across the Nordic Region and to the UK
Thoroughly understands Client Service operations and processes.
As a person you are:
Passionate about client service quality.
Confident, collaborative and team driven.
Able and willing to lead and manage small client service, project and marketing initiatives.
Someone with a desire to develop and grow beyond their current role.
