Administratör/Receptionist
Internationella Engelska Skolan is a leading free school organisation, with academic results far above average and a versatile and energetic staff body. We offer a calm learning environment where teachers can teach and students can learn and we have staff from all over the world, which brings us an interesting exchange of knowledge and an abundant mix of experiences. With our 36 schools and over 22.000 students, IES is Sweden's biggest free school organisation within the compulsory school system. We have grown steadily over the years and have offered sustainable quality since 1993.
IES Tyresö is a school for grades 4-9 with approx. 940 students and a staff body of about 83 members. The school is situated in the south of Stockholm 20 minutes from Gullmarsplan metro station. We offer a buzzing environment where no day is alike and where anything is to be expected.
We are now looking for a new addition to our team that can mainly help us with administration and reception tasks.
About you:
• You should have a positive and calm disposition
• Enjoy working with young people
• Service minded and helpful in different situations that may occur during the day.
• Structured and able to make priorities according to need.
• Flexible and resilient to stress as it may at times become very busy.
Staff and students will look to you for help with various tasks so some technical abilities and creative thinking would also be a preference when we look for applicants.
A personal approach and professional stand is a must when meeting our students, parents and visitors on a daily basis. Personal qualities will also be taken into consideration when we interview.
