Internationella Engelska Skolan opened a brand new school in Huddinge, Stockholm, in August 2013. This coming school year we are expanding to 580 students. We are now looking for a full time School Administrator with English and Swedish language skills.
The role is a highly varied one. The major duties will be:
• Secretary for the management
• Admissions
• Updating our web based communication program, School soft
• Take minutes at meetings
• Translations, Swedish/English or vice versa
• Manage telephone calls
• Arrange with substitute teachers and cover lessons
• Other administrative work
You need to be independent, flexible, service minded, cooperative and accurate. You need to work in a structured way and to be able to handle stressful situations. You also need good IT skills and to be good at organizing things.
We are looking for someone who is trustworthy and capable of creating good contacts with students, parents and teachers and enjoys being in a multicultural environment.
The position will be full-time and permanent with a six-month probation period, starting as soon as possible. Salary is set based on experience and qualifications.
