WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO
We are looking for a Scheduler to join Viasats and Viaplay's Content Department. You will be responsible for creating and planning schedules for our Pay TV channels. You will work closely with Viasat's and Viaplay's Content Teams to improve and optimize content discovery to drive viewing on our platforms. The responsibility of this position will include ensuring all channel branding, continuity elements, on-air promotion and timed transmission schedules are delivered on time for four Feature Pay TV channels and Viasat Series. You will create and download schedule playlists, with correct timings for all programs, fillers and interstitials across the five Viasat Pay TV channels. You will also request promotional material from our Creative Service and ensure that premieres and stunts are promoted extensively across all channels and that playlists are sent to transmission and any local offices in our territories if required.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
For us it is always important to find new team members who are very communicative, service minded and have an eye for detail. For this role, we are also looking for someone with:
- Movie knowledge and interest
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- A pro-active attitude and ability to act on own initiative across departments
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and co-ordinate the workflow
- Scheduling experience is a great advantage but not essential
