hela Sverige Schedule Distribution is a part of the Distribution team under Customer & Commercial Solutions within SAS with a mission to ensure SAS content/offers are saleable, Buyable and visible in a high-quality manner, through cost effective distribution channels in a rich, personalized, targeted and profitable way supporting our customer strategy and ensuring that SAS takes part in shaping the future distribution landscape. We are now looking for a Schedule Distribution Specialist to the Distribution team, based at Frösundavik, Stockholm. The position means responsibility for distribution of SAS operating and marketing schedule. You will, together with your colleagues, ensure saleability of SAS commercial traffic program and codeshare product portfolio through proactivity, internal and external collaboration and troubleshooting.
Main duties
Responsible for building, updating, maintaining and distributing SAS commercial traffic program in order to keep the product available for sale in all GDSs and sales channels
Responsible for properly updated codeshare product portfolio
Aim for maximizing accuracy and speed in schedule distribution
Cooperation with other departments within SAS, primarily IT, Network, Ground Operations and Pricing/Partners
Communication with SAS codeshare partners
Handle and update Altea Inventory Business Rules
Altea inventory support for SAS Group
Work for continuous improvement of schedule distribution process
At times participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives
Qualifications and experience
At least 3 years secondary education
Fluent in at least one of the Scandinavian languages, both verbal and written, in addition to English.
Experience working with IT-systems and/or airline planning process
Advantageous but no prerequisite: Understanding of the airline business, organization, distribution and planning process, experience from working with Amadeus or Altea inventory.
Personal qualities
IT-literate - comfortable working with many complex IT systems
High personal drive and ability to take own initiatives and improve processes
Analytical skills - Ability and interest in solving complex tasks and problems
Detail-oriented and structured
Responsible, humble and committed with good interpersonal skills and positive attitude

About our Office
Frösundavik is a great place to work. There is a gym, restaurant, café and a variety of services to make your life easier. It's located in a green area of Solna and close to Hagaparken and Brunnsviken. There's a non-stop bus connection from the Central Station to Frösunda and a shuttle bus to/from Solna Station. Of course, cycling is another option and many of us enjoy the scenic route to the office every day.
