We have a role for SCCM Consultant, please find below the details:

Job Description:
Work as single point of contact for our client for any issue related to service technician and service coordinator for all the applications.
Collect the PRF from Application Service Technician to validate and attach it in the Service Request for packaging
Verify the validity of information provided by service technician and if it is correct ensure that its being applied
Coordinate and communicate with Dependent SRs via email, phones to manage and have sync with each other
Inform new releases to Service Technician, Dependent SRs
Placing orders for packaging by creating service request in ITSM tools and inform OUR CLIENT to raise change request against the order
Decide the release dates of applications in production and inform all stakeholders
Responsible to sync up with offshore Service Coordinator for day to day operations.
Responsible for technical ownership and testing of all Hardware dependent applications (as they all have individual hardware devices) from onsite
Schedule a meetings with Asset Management, SIRT Team, IT helpdesk, Dependent SRs as an when required
Any coordination related to technical issues, application in scope, dependent applications and future improvement/suggestions/feedback reported from OUR CLIENT in any supported environment(i.e. Workplace, Citrix, Shop, Store) directly to the onsite SPOC will be cascaded to Service Coordinator and will be worked upon collaboratively.

Responsible to bridge the gap between onsite (OUR CLIENT) and offshore team for any technical or process related information.

Provide hardware infrastructure (remote access) to offshore team for testing as per the requirement

Represent ALM team in discussions with SIRT Team, IT Helpdesk, Asset Management, and Dependent SRs, Vendors (Nomad, Bomgar, etc.) in case of any issues, concern or queries.

Identify the technical risks and issues that may impact the environment and take appropriate actions accordingly whenever required.

Keep up to date with the new features, information on applications and perform research and analysis by subscribing to various vendor sites/blogs/support URLs which should be cascaded to offshore team
Provide proactive proposals to upgrade, package or deploy the application owned.
Good Knowledge in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting an SCCM 2007 / 2012 server infrastructure.

Knowledge of installation and configuration of SCCM central / CAS, Primary and Secondary Sites, WSUS / MDT Integration.

Should have good knowledge in Windows Servers 2003/2008 and 2012, Active Directory and networking concepts.

Should have good Knowledge in SCOM monitoring of SCCM servers and taking the health remediation actions based on SCOM Alerts.

Patch Management of Physical and Virtual environments through WSUS/SCCM or SCUP (System Center Updates Publisher).

Monitor SCCM server performance & health, Strong Knowledge on SCCM server log files.

Perform SCCM application patching, versioning and development and Monitor SCCM server to server communications.

Administer Client communications and Perform Site resets / Server application rebuilds.

Ability to troubleshoot and provide level 3 support for all aspects of the Microsoft SCCM/SCCM product suite.

Capacity planning of SCCM infrastructure and continual monitoring of security.

Build all core documents and procedures associated with all SCCM/SCCM product deployments.

Knowledge on PowerShell cmdlets and scripting.

Application Deployment Process with Good knowledge on Mass Software Distribution, software Updates management.

Trouble Shooting on SCCM/ConfigMgr Distribution failures and Validating Packaged Applications for Deployment Readiness.

SCCM 2007 Reporting and Custom Reporting for Deployment.

Hands on experience in executing Incident, Problem and change management process.
