For the tenth time, Scania is launching its popular I-Talent Program! The I-Talent Program at Scania is an inspiring six-month journey designed for newly graduated IT students with a passion for innovation and sustainability. You'll gain hands-on experience in a specialized IT role, access to training, and the opportunity to collaborate with teams across IT, sales, marketing, and research and development (R&D). The program not only strengthens technical skills but also develops soft skills within a supportive network - all to prepare participants to contribute to Scania's goal: driving the shift toward a sustainable transport system. If you're graduating in spring 2026 or have a maximum of two years of work experience, this program is for you!

OM TJÄNSTEN
Scania is one of Sweden's largest companies and offers trucks and buses for heavy transport in combination with a wide range of product-related services. Today, Scania have around 50,000 employees in around 100 countries and together with partners and customers they are driving the transition towards a more sustainable transport industry and are both trend setters and pioneers in electrification and sustainable transport systems.

Together with several other I-talents, you will be offered a unique chance to participate in a program that will kick-start your journey at Scania. You are employed in a specific role and belong to a team but alternate the work in your role with meetings together with the other I-talents. The program starts every fall and is designed for you who are new in your career and aim to give you the best possible conditions to grow into your role. I-talent Program consists, in addition to daily work in your team, mainly of three parts - "Learning your professional role", "Go-and-see" and "Training". This provides very good opportunities to build a good network within Scania and in addition to your I-talents colleagues and your closest manager, you will be assigned a buddy who will be there for you the first time. Work tasks

The department IB Digital Workplace is responsible for developing and delivering global services that maximize end-user productivity, ranging from collaboration tools to modern IT support services.

As part of the IBT - Transformation Office, you will join a team dedicated to senior and modern program and project management. This group leads complex assignments that span across different brands within the TRATON Group, multiple countries, and diverse cultures. The program is designed to give you the best possible conditions to grow into your professional role through a mix of daily teamwork, training, and networking with other I-talents.

In the role of Junior Transformation Lead, you won't just watch Scania's strategy being executed, you will be an active part of it. You will act as a project manager or strategic assignment lead for high-value initiatives in an exciting, global environment.

What you will do:

• Plan and coordinate tasks together with your team, where teamwork and pace are prioritized over rigid documentation.
• Lead assignment teams and drive initiatives in cross-brand, cross-country, and multi-language scenarios.
• Join Group or Scania Steering forums to enable discussions regarding results, challenges, risks, and opportunities.
• Play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with different business areas across the organization.
• Contribute to the long-term enablement of Scania IT and TRATON Group strategy execution.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
We are looking for a natural communicator who thrives in a coordinating role. You are motivated by an environment where technology meets business strategy and where you get to navigate complex, international landscapes. This position is an excellent stepping stone for those aiming for a future leadership role within IT and project management.

Furthermore, you have:

• An academic degree within Industrial Engineering, IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies, preferably Agile best practices.
• Strong proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
• You are graduating in spring 2026 or have a maximum of two years of work experience when the program starts in September 2026.

To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:

• Empathy: You have a strong ability to understand different perspectives.
• Communication: You have the ability and the will to communicate effectively with people from different sites, cultures, and countries.
• Drive: You enjoy taking responsibility and driving tasks forward in a fast-paced environment.

Other information:

• Start: September 2026
• Extent: Full-time, fixed-term employment for 6 months with a good chance of continue your career at Scania after the program
• Location: Södertälje and with the possibility of remote work a few days a week
