We are searching for our new SCADA Support Engineer that will join a skilled and engaged team, responsible for supporting the Network Manager customers!
Your work will be carried out in Västerås with remote connections to our customers which enables interactions with various exciting stakeholders. As a support engineer you will manage several of the supporting tasks that will consist of providing first line support to Network Manager customers based on a ticketing system. We offer a role with a lot of variations where no day is the same as the last one.

Your responsibilities
Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation
Share your personal expertise to support and assist team members in their case of work
Provide service pack with corrections and improvements to our customers
Prepare documents and reports about product defects and bug fixes
Bring ideas to management to improve operations and customer service

Your background
We are looking for an engaged and driven person with a problem-solving oriented and service mindset
You are meticulous in meeting customer needs and continuously improve quality in your work output
You enjoy being a part of a team, but you can also work independently with finding solutions to problems
Experience of working with SCADA system is needed, preferably with Network Manager
Knowledge of RTU protocols like IEC 60870-5-101 and IEC 60870-5-104 is a merit
Master or bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering or equivalent acquired experience
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required to be able to interact with customers and colleagues. If you have language skills in Swedish, Spanish or French it is meritorious.
