In the role as Senior Business Controller you will be an important contributor to SATS further growth and development. We are searching for a candidate with solid business understanding, you can identify problems early, you want to transform data to insight and ideas into practice.
The position will be a part of Nordic finance in SATS which has the responsibility for profitability and operational reporting as well as performance management for the Group. As Senior Business Controller you will have responsibility for proactive performance management through supporting and challenging the management.
The position will report to Head of Controlling and Treasury and you will have a close cooperation with senior management, business operations and the other Nordic functions.
Key responsibilities:
• Improve tools and routines for performance management
• Develop and follow up profitability analysis
• Maintenance and further development BI-system
• Lead/participate in projects, initiatives and perform ad-hoc analysis
Qualifications:
• Higher education (Master degree) with strong academical results
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Skills to transform data into insight and conclude from a large dataset
• Champion in Excel and Powerpoint
• Are fluent in Swedish or Norwegian and English
• Experience with BI-system is preferred

• Good at implementing and likes to take initiative
• Commercial understanding
• Are curios, humble and flexible
