SATO Europe is now looking for an ISV Business Development Manager.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Sales opportunity creation and revenue generation through the promotion of SATO products to the ISV, ERP CO's and Major software community.

To create opportunity for SATO products to be integrated into applications across the main vertical sectors of T & L, Warehouse Management, Retail supply chain, Healthcare, Factory automation and Food production.

• Identifying and developing sales opportunities within an existing Pan-European customer base and most importantly into new prospects.
• Face to face promotion and presentation of SATO solutions / services / products.

Creating and maintaining multi-level relationships within existing and target customers within agreed target vertical sectors.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Development

• Researching organizations (existing and new) and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Identifying and building relationships with Key Influencers and decision makers at Senior level within organizations.

Selling

• Build a robust new business pipeline of EUR 1m within a 12 month period.
• Arrange high level face to face meetings and present SATO products, solutions and value add.
• Respond to RFI's, RFP's together with existing sales teams.
• Develop a communications plan for existing / new product developments.
• Understand the customer / prospects business needs and identify key drivers for our products and solutions.
• Contribute to lead generating activities as directed.

Share information with existing Pan-European sales resource.

SKILLS & QUALITIES

• Excellent communication skills in English at all levels. Socially adaptable.
• Developed and successful networker (face to face and social media).
• Knowledge and experience of ISV / ERP platforms.
• Self motivated with ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines / targets.
• Detail minded and with high IT fluency.
• Tenacious and creative sales approach.
• Ability to identify new opportunities and value add.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team as required.
• Provision of regular reports and feedback to Senior Management.
• Minimum of 5 years business experience
• Minimum of 3 years business development experience towards ISV major SW Co's,  ERP Co's etc.

OTHER

• Attend trade shows and events as required in order to fulfil the role.
• Ability to travel and stay over as position requires. 

LOCATION &REPORTING

• Location is SATO Techno Lab Europe AB, Göteborg Sweden /Gothenburg Sweden)
• Reporting to SATO Europe HQ.
