Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will be taking complete ownership of project deliverables in SAP S4 HANA Rollout or Implementation Project, drive it, managing project team, client stakeholders and all other third party application owners who are connected with the project, Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting on project progress, risks and statuses.
Required
Strong Project Management skills, specifically in large SAP Transformational Programs, including Run and Change Business Programs
Proven Experience of managing large SAP Implementation / Rollout / Transformation Projects.
Proven Resource Management skills should have good exposure to global delivery model with larger offshore (India, Mexico, Brazil, Poland) component.
Should have large team management experience.
Good Consulting skills.
Possesses strong product / process / technology / industry knowledge in Manufacturing industry.
Ability to manage in a complex matrix environment.
Strong focus on Client Service excellence.
Successful cooperation with the customer's departments and good understanding of the business processes.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Preferred
Should have IT experience
Should have experience in managing projects / programs of various scale.
Should have experience in Manufacturing industry.
Should have experience in leading complex SAP Projects with transformation elements and change business process.
Sound knowledge in one of the domain areas of SAP and strong cross functional knowledge
Flexibility for working hours and travels (due to nature of global engagements in APAC, EMEA, US and LATAM.
Experience working with Site business managers and in-depth knowledge of business processes.
Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills combined with the ability to grasp new problems quickly.
Excellent communication and documentation skills at CxO level, managing sub-contractors.
Management of a Service Delivery Organization and monitoring of Service Level Agreements.
Identification of additional sales potential at the customer and generation of further change requests.
Experience with standard processes such as ITIL, ideally with certification.
