Your responsibilities
The job of an SAP Roles & Authorization team lead within H&M comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Responsible for the H&M team organization, the roles and responsibilities within the team as well as resources, budget and forecast.
• Overall SAP R&A delivery responsible within the - Application Development and projects
Responsible for the SAP Access Management process
• Driving and managing the R&A WoW, strategies, processes and deliverables
• Support different stakeholders such as project leaders, team leads, IT security and Business representative to identify R&A requirements or impacting on R&A area
• Driving and managing Manage Service for Application Management and Service Desk within SAP Roles & Authorization and SAP Access Management
• Driving and managing SAP security controls (reviews), Audit (internal as well as external) and license.
• You as a Team Lead and the R&A GRC Architect are the H&M core team to define and drive the R&A strategic roadmap and improvements aligned with the overall IT strategy and division goals.
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
• More than 5 years' experience as a team lead or architect within SAP Roles & Authorizations
• Experience from major change programs
• Several years of experience from big global roll outs and offshoring
• More than 6 years of Technical competence within SAP Roles & Authorizations and deep hands on in SAP systems.
