As our R&A Architect you will be responsible for the architecture and design of authorization solutions within SAP. In this exciting and challenging role you will drive the architecture and design work forward, as well as working with new initiatives and projects within the R&A area. You will be part of a fun and social team of 13 members supplying a comprehensive SAP program with R&A solutions.
If you are the one we are looking for you have a great business sense and excellent technical understanding a long with a driven personality. Today you are probably working as an SAP R&A architect or R&A expert. It's important that you have great communication skills since the role as an architect requires working effectively with many different teams within the program, as well as being able to explain requirements and issues effectively to functional teams.
You will be part of our Enterprise Applications Division that coordinates and manages a program that includes new business processes and system support for major parts of the H&M garment flow. The implementations are in the middle of a global roll out phase and in parallel we are refining processes and systems.

Your responsibilities
The job of an R&A Architect comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your work tasks include:
• Drive R&A architecture and design work
• Drive new initiatives and projects within the R&A area
• Lead R&A architect meeting
• Review and approve technical design solutions within R&A
• Planning of work, communicating status effectively, management of risks and issues
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Minimum 5 years' experience within SAP R&A
• Experience of driving, managing and leading initiatives and projects within R&A
• Experience of working with distributed teams
• SAP GRC experience
• General IT security knowledge
