As an architect for Roles & Authorization (R&A) you will have the responsibility for the architect and design of authorization solutions within SAP. In this exciting and challenging role you will drive the R&A architect and design work, as well as working with new initiatives and projects within the R&A area.
If you are the one we are looking for you have a great business sense and excellent technical understanding as well as a driven personality. Today you are probably working as an R&A architect or SAP R&A expert. It is important that you have great communication skills since the role as an Architect requires working effectively with many different teams within the program, as well as being able to explain requirements and issues effectively to functional teams.

Your responsibilities
The job of an R&A Architect comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Driving R&A architect and design work
• Driving new initiatives and projects within the R&A area
• Leading the architect meeting within R&A
• Contribute in other architects forum
• Reviewing and approving technical design solutions within R&A
• Planning of work, communicating status effectively, management of risks and issues
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Solid competence within SAP R&A area with at least 5 years experience from R&A
• Experience of driving, managing and leading initiatives and activities within R&A
• Experience of working with distributed team.
• SAP GRC experience.
• General IT security knowledge.
