The person we are looking for is a SAP roles and authorization expert with an overall understanding of the authorization and security area as well as understanding of what is needed to have a complete authorization solution in place (processes, owners, stakeholders etc.). This person understands SOD, SOX, risk management, mitigating controls and also has deep technical knowledge in the roles and authorization area.
The R&A expert will be part of the authorizations team and work closely together with business experts and project teams in order to coordinate authorization concepts for the entire project solution. The person has good knowledge about the business and understands how roles will be used in business, must be able to take own initiative and add value to the project within the authorization and security area.
TASKS:
Your primary tasks are:
Design roles together with business and according to current processes and concept
Assist in checking roles for segregation of duty violations and other risks
Document role changes and other important information
Develop roles and authorizations within SAP (ECC, BI 7.0, GTS, PI, Solution Manager, Red Prairie)
Plan and perform role unit testing and role testing as part of system integration test
Plan and assists during acceptance testing
Communicate status effectively in writing and verbally
Use own knowledge/experience and problem solving skills creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
REQUIREMENT:
Competence level required: 5-10 years
Mandatory requirements:
Good understanding of authorization risks (segregation of duties, sensitive access etc.)
Years of experience in designing and configuring roles within the SAP system landscape
Good understanding of designing concepts, principles and guidelines for sap environments
Good understanding of UME roles and SAP JAVA authorization concept
Experience from large, global organizations
Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
Take own initiative and give good service
Has understanding of GRC tool
Qualifying
Experience from working with off shore resources
PI authorizations
Business process experience
Red Prairie knowledge
Certified in the SAP software products? latest release(s)
Experience and/or understanding of SAP ECC for Retail
Experience from working in multinational environments
User measurement
TOOLS
