Description
Drive & execute Regression Test phase of the Project to test functional release or Minimum Loveable Product of the scope and functionality defined for the BOT Global Template underpinned by SAP S/HANA and Ariba technology to be implemented as part of a Cluster of defined countries in a single release.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full accountability for the delivery of Regression Testing.
• Responsible for the creation, review and sign off for Regression Test Plans, Test Execution and Test Completion Reports.
• Leading Test Readiness Reviews and Test Completion Reviews.
• Managing, influencing and negotiating with test delivery suppliers, partners and / or system integrators.
• Define, implement and measure key test KPIs to ensure high test & quality standards are achieved.
• Experience leading Manual and Automation testing teams in multi-technology transformation projects.
• Demonstrate able experience in planning, preparing and delivering both manual and automated regression testing for Global Implementations.
• Expertise in using automation tools Worksoft Certify on S/4 HANA Projects.
• Expertise in the creation on object libraries and implementing industry leading methodologies for automation testing.
• Experience gathering regression requirements from across teams and to implement and deliver a full regression testing cycle.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work across all levels of business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong background in Functional testing
• Ability to functionally analyze regression issues to effectively triage.
• Defect management experience
• Knowledge of Integration testing within complex landscapes within the clients domain (Legacy Applications, MDM, S/4, cloud Azure, PaaS, SaaS, Google Cloud platform)
• Experience of working on Global Transformation Programmes.
• 2 or more S/4 HANA Project implementation experiences.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Strong 'hands on' regression test experience (min. 5-7 years)
• Experience testing in the context of a large-scale SAP global rollout
• Experience in complex business & technical environments involving multiple system integrators operating with a global delivery model
• SAP Transformational change experience in large multi-cultural organizations & cloud-based SAP Implementations projects in a global rollout context
• Ability to drive teams in a diverse international & distributed team
• 5 years+ experience leading teams offshore and onshore
• Strong working knowledge of ALM & Worksoft Certify
• Strong communication & decision-making skills - ability to balance conflicting needs
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels
Preferred competence and experience:
• SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba, cloud & SAP Retail
• Functional experience of R2R, OTC, SP2, MDM
