SAP Production and Procurement specialist
The Crosby Group is strengthening its IT department with an SAP Production and Procurement specialist. You have a good knowledge of logistical and production processes in a manufacturing environment and can translate these into the SAP system.
Together with your colleagues, you will be an expert and support function for the company.
Roles and responsibility as an SAP Production and Procurement Specialist:
With your hands-on-mentality you:
- Understand the needs from our business and take a leading role in making SAP a strategic business solution for the Crosby Group.
- Advice and support the internal customers in making the best choices for deploying SAP to support their processes as well as support them in their day-to-day operations.
- Have the expertise in your area. In this role you will have the opportunity to play a key role in our SAP projects nationally and internationally.
- Work closely with our production and supply chain teams in Europe.
- Analyze and optimize the current business processes to our business needs.
- Develop and support our current ECC6 SAP system within the PP/MM/WM module, this includes support, work on change requests and play a big role on our international projects in your domain.
- Create and update the requested documentation, processes and policies.
- Perform gap analysis and find / close the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes.
- Organize and responsible for training and education.
Your profile:
- Master's degree, or equal level through experience.
- You have at least 5 years' relevant experience
- Minimum 1 full implementation cycle, due to your broad functional experience, mainly in the PP/MM/WM module.
- You have a good knowledge and experience within production, procurement and warehouse management in SAP ECC.
- You have experience in IMG config and can run full flows in the system.
- Very good understanding of master data within the PP/MM/WM area.
- You can develop and execute LSMW in order to update and create master data.
- Knowledge to create standard and advanced queries.
- You can debug issues if needed.
- Knowledge and understanding of the business process and interface to other modules like FI/CO and SD is a requirement in order to transfer requirements to SAP solutions.
- With your excellent communication skills in in English you can bring a message clear and on point. Do you speak other languages like Dutch, that is an advantage.
- Travelling is not an issue for you. You are based in Växjö or Gothenburg, Sweden but are prepared to travel in Europe and the US when needed.
- Being open-minded and flexible.
- You are a true team player and genetically business oriented person.
- You work structured and you have good analytical skills.
- S4 Hana experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
It is important that you are encouraged to cooperate and maintain relationships. You take your own initiative and work independently as well as with others. The work can sometimes involve several parallel assignments, of which good organizational ability and a sense of right prioritization is desirable.
