At Schneider Electric, we consider smart and efficient energy management to be the key to a sustainable future. We are looking for a SAP Payroll Specialist to join our HR Services team in Sweden. The team currently consist of five employees situated in Nyköping, working closely with service centers in both Polen and India.
As a SAP Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our organization in Sweden. This role in an opportunity for HR professional to make an impact and collaborate closely with the HR community, leaders, employees and other stakeholders in the organization.
About you
You are experienced in payroll tool SAP, in payroll work and Swedish law and collective agreements relating to payroll. You have most probably worked with both blue-collar and white-collar populations in a complex environment. You are enjoying working with many systems and excel, including payroll system, and it's meriting if you have experience from SAP Payroll in particular.
You are willing to join the team in a transition to new payroll provider, new payroll tool (SAP) and new payroll model (processing services). You also drive the monthly payroll process and continuous improvement work both independently and together with the rest of the team. You have prior experience from project work and HR administration tasks. You live and breathe service and enjoy interacting with customers via ticketing tool and phone daily. You preferably have a degree in Payroll, HR, Business or related discipline and you are fluent in English and Swedish.
To be successful in the role you need to be highly organized, detail-oriented and have a structured way of approaching work and projects. You are open-minded, dare to disrupt, willing to take on challenges, and enjoy working in diverse teams in an international setting and have excellent collaboration skills. You are curious about development work and digital transformation. You have good communication skills (both oral and written).
Your key responsibilities
• Payroll transformation: participating in the project work for new payroll tool, vendor and model, and setting new routines in relation to the transformation.
• Payroll coordination and analysis: securing payroll input, payroll registrations, doing controls, analyzing potential discrepancies, pension and other reporting, cooperating with payroll vendor etc.
• Support and guidance to stakeholders: answer inquiries and provide support to Swedish employees, managers and HRBPs, mainly via ticketing tool and phone support.
• HR administration: work with data quality, reporting and employee administration etc.
• Reward coordination: insurance management, salary review execution, support on labor legislation etc.
• Development projects: work with digital and automation projects and Continuous Improvement (CI)
