In the role of SAP Manufacturing Controlling Analyst you will be part of the EluxOne Solutions Team within the Global IT Organisation. EluxOne is the Electrolux Group's strategic ERP solution based on SAP which is currently in use in all four Electrolux Business Areas (Europe, North America, LATAM, APACMEA). The Group has extensive plans to drive the continued rollout of EluxOne globally in the coming years with the EluxOne Manufacturing Solution currently implemented in manufacturing sites in Europe and Latin America with ongoing projects running in factories in both these regions.
A person will report to EluxOne Controlling Solutions Manager. The role will have responsibility for the governance of the EluxOne solution blueprint and providing support to the local Project Teams deploying the solution.
The scope of manufacturing controlling includes factory controlling, product costing (including parts of material ledger) and project accounting. In addition to a deep knowledge of these core areas, the role requires the ability to work cross functionally with an understanding of SD, MM, logistics process and how these solutions integrate with the controlling solution. As part of the phased deployment of EluxOne in some locations it will be necessary to initially implement the EluxOne Finance solution and integrate with the existing regional factory execution solutions.
The position will involve extensive collaboration with the local EluxOne Project Teams and coordination with the Development and Integration Teams including creation of estimations and functional specifications. Further, the role will have the responsibility to safeguard that all changes to the solution within the blueprint are fully documented.
A TYPICAL DAY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing SAP technical expertise within SAP finance and controlling manufacturing and solutions in Electrolux, including scenarios where a local manufacturing solution is integrated with SAP from a finance, logistics, sales perspective
Providing technical expertise for project accounting (SAP PS) and resource related billing in Electrolux
Working closely with project teams and provide expertise to any new requirements and analyse solution feasibility as well as system impact
Preparing, analysing and creating functional designs
Good solid understanding of the technical set up for interface solutions
Developing EluxOne Blueprint materials (process design, customizing design etc.) for new initiatives within the areas of responsibility and documentation of present solutions
Participating continuous improvement initiatives and look for standardization of the processes we have implemented
Developing and maintaining training materials and providing training of the solution to either local key users or in some cases directly to end users, to secure users have sufficient process/system knowledge prior to any go lives
Preparing presentations, driving, coordinating and/or conducting workshops, demos and meetings whenever required for the roll out projects or other initiatives
Ensuring own work adheres to Electrolux policies and procedures
Sharing necessary information and knowledge, coaching and supporting other team members in achieving team goals
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Finance processes, including SAP FICO modules, in a multinational environment
Knowledge in Factory Controlling and its principles
Experience of working with finance manufacturing, project accounting and resource related billing
Basic knowledge of SAP integrations (IDOC's)
Proven project management/participation experience
University degree in economics, finance, IT or technical studies
Good communication skills with business users
Willingness to work in a fast-pace environment and delivery-oriented team
Good knowledge in MS Office and general IT skills
Ability to work and deliver for several projects and tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and focus on deliverables
Pro-activness and ability to learn quickly
Excellent ability to collect, coordinate, organize, and analyze business requirements
Availability to travel when required
Very good command of English
