As a SAP Key-User you will drive the development, maintenance and training activities in the SAP solution landscape supporting all the finance processes. The SAP Key-User will be a key contributor in this work. Significant interaction and close cooperation cross all areas within Volvo Cars is offered



Main tasks and Responsibility
* Act as first line of support to the Finance organisation. He/she is also the link between VCIT and the Global Key users and helps the End users to put tickets in our case Management system, Service Now, and follow them up.
* Supply SAP user network with information, competence building, advanced support and training.
* Analysing and communicating business and user requirements and developing business requirement specifications
* Participate in operational development and improvement projects
* Approval and quality assurance of change requests in liaison with business application managers
* Workshop facilitation and training
* Monthly preparations/give guidance for Closing of books and closing process efficiencies



Required:
* Good knowledge of the SAP FI/CO modules
* Experience in Training and support
* Experience from accounting and/or controlling.
* Good analytical and communication skills
* Influence ability and service minded
* Process oriented
* University degree
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
* Experience of other SAP modules considered as a merit
* Experience in Service Now considered as a merit
