The ERP team is part of the Country IS team organized under Robotics and Automation as Lead business in Sweden. Our main tasks are to develop and provide IS services based on business demands for ERP in Sweden, this not limited to Robotics and Automation unit. Our team of functional analysts provides efficient and up-to-date ERP system for our internal ABB customer. We manage and support ABB's SAP system with projects, changes and daily operations in a strong collaboration with an outsourcing provider.
Internal Control is growing in all larger organisations and helps businesses to secure safe processes. This is a great opportunity to get detailed knowledge of ABB core business processes and how they are implemented in all parts of the business. You can quickly establish a wide network of contacts in ABB Sweden and you have valuable collaboration with Local Business Area Internal Control Manager and IS Compliance Manager. This role reports to the ERP CoE Department Manager.
Your responsibilities
As SoD Country Coordinator you are responsible for coordinating SoD Governance for SAP environments in Sweden.
Key SoD activities are: monitor and periodically review SoD conflicts, support Business Control Owners to resolve SoD conflicts and coordinate country implementation of SoD ruleset updates.
Being Process Owner related to IT Automated part of O2C (order-to-cash) and P2P (procure-to-pay) processes, ensuring that finance reporting risks are mitigated.
Control Owner for IT automated controls in the O2C (order-to-cash) and P2P (procure-to-pay) process, ensuring control execution and adjustment.
Motivate and communicate clearly to 30+ control performers in all parts of the Swedish business, ensuring control performance on time and documentation at right quality level.
Perform process & control walkthroughs and assessments with auditors.
Your background
Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance or Engineering.
Skills in quality management, coordination and communication
Preferably experience either in SAP with IMG, or detailed hands-on experience as SAP Power User
SAP configuration knowledge and experience from order/purchase processes within industry are meriting
Good generic IT skills and advanced Excel skills
Experience in auditing and knowledge of ITIL processes are a plus
Fluency in English and ability to communicate in Swedish, written and spoken alike
A self-starter person with hands-on mentality
