About the Role
You will support integration work between SmartRecruiters and SuccessFactors in a role focused more on architecture than hands-on development. Several projects need guidance on how the systems connect, how data should flow, and which fields are used across the integration. This is a strong fit if you enjoy turning complex system relationships into clear, workable solutions.
Job DescriptionYou will guide the integration work between SmartRecruiters and SuccessFactors.
You will support projects with architectural understanding of system connections, data flows, and field mappings.
You will help clarify how information is structured and used across the two applications.
You will provide advice that helps teams make sound integration decisions early in the process.
RequirementsStrong competence in SmartRecruiters.
Ability to support integration work between SmartRecruiters and SuccessFactors.
A profile that is stronger in architecture than in pure development.
Good understanding of fields, data usage, and system mapping in integration scenarios.
Fluent English.
Nice to haveAdditional experience in SuccessFactors.
